About Seth Wekesa

Seth Wekesa is the partner in charge of the consultancy and regulatory compliance practice at Munyao Muthuma & Kashindi. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, with more than eight years’ experience. He is a lecturer in law at the University of Nairobi, School of Law, and is a Certified Public Secretary, and both a DAAD scholar and a scholar of the European Union. Seth has niche expertise in legal compliance and governance audits; his other areas of expertise include regulatory impact assessments and data protection consultancy. He has recently been involved in data protection consultancies for clients such as Kenya Power & Lighting Company PLC, AAR Insurance Kenya Limited and the Central Depository & Settlement Corporation Limited.
