Irene Kashindi
is a partner at Munyao Muthuma & Kashindi and has been practising as an advocate for 14 years. She has a wealth of experience in commercial and civil litigation, as well as arbitration, and has represented and advised a diverse portfolio of local and international clients in disputes filed before all the courts in Kenya, including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, as well as key statutory tribunals and bodies. Irene has significant and distinguished experience in employment matters, and in tax, judicial review and constitutional law, public procurement, corporate insolvency and data protection. She provides valuable input on data protection matters relating to employees’ and consultants’ data, and the review and formulation of policies and documents arising from the Kenyan Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
