Greg Strong
provides regulatory advice regarding securities, commodities and other laws and regulations that may apply to activities involving blockchain technology and digital assets. He has successfully represented multiple clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodities Futures Trading Commission and state securities regulators, and has worked on a variety of cutting-edge transactions involving digital assets. Prior to joining DLx Law, Greg served as the director of the Investor Protection Unit in the Delaware Department of Justice, where he worked as a deputy attorney general from 2003 to 2018. He was also an active member of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA), serving on the five-member Enforcement Section Committee, which was tasked with setting enforcement priorities, co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional investigations and reporting on enforcement matters.
