About Laila Slassi

Laila Slassi is a founding and managing partner at Afrique Advisors. She specialises in the tax structuring of high-value cross-border transactions and has co-ordinated complex, multidisciplinary projects involving financial, corporate and tax law. Laila is involved in acquisitions or sales of assets, the setting up of joint ventures and in restructuring operations in many industrial and financial sectors. She also co-ordinates legal work between her clients and other stakeholders in the transactions in order to ensure that her clients benefits from the best international practices in the legal field. In this context, she is regularly involved in the energy, infrastructure, international litigation and private equity sectors.
