About Hajar Benyachou

Hajar Benyachou has significant experience in corporate law and M&A transactions. She has a strong knowledge of Moroccan law and practice in the areas of foreign investments, joint-ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and advises local and international companies in these different fields. Hajar has developed a remarkable private equity M&A practice and assisted various private equity funds and targets in the context of their M&A operations. As such, she has assisted many international and national clients (including industrial companies and investments funds) in the acquisition of companies operating in industries including insurance, pharmaceutical manufacturing and education. She has also experience in dealing with exchange control regulation, contract law, and project finance.
