About Francesca Gelli

Francesca Gelli graduated in Law with honours from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in 2021, defending a thesis on criminal procedure entitled “Autonomy and interference between criminal and personal preventive proceedings: considerations on evidence”. During the same year, she successfully completed an internship at the Committee on Social Affairs, Health and Sustainable Development of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. In February 2022, Francesca joined Pistochini Avvocati Studio Legale as a trainee lawyer.
