About Woosuk Jung

Woosuk Jung is a partner at Yulchon who specialises in real estate and construction, restructuring and reorganisation, insurance, blockchain and administrative law. As a lawyer licensed both in South Korea and New York, he has advised and represented clients in a broad range of international disputes, including investment arbitrations and litigations. With his unique academic and practice experience, Woosuk is recognised as one of the leading practitioners of his generation. Prior to joining Yulchon, Woosuk worked at the Ministry of Justice where he focused on international legal affairs of the South Korean government. Woosuk received his LLB from Seoul National University and his LLM from Harvard Law School.
