About Seilaneng Godisang

Seilaneng Godisang is a co-founder and partner of Laurence Khupe Attorneys. Seilaneng has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Botswana, obtained in 2006, and a Master's degree in Corporate Law (LLM) from the University of South Africa. She was admitted as an attorney of the courts of the Republic of Botswana in October 2006 and is a member of the Law Society of Botswana. Seilaneng specialises in banking, capital markets, financial services, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate commercial practice. She has been involved in some notable transactions in the jurisdiction.
