About Elaine Chew

Elaine Chew joined ACSV Legal in 2014 and is a senior associate. Prior to joining the firm, Elaine worked at international law firms in Malaysia and Vietnam. Her experience covers M&A, joint venture arrangements, investment structures, management arrangements and private equity transactions. Elaine has also worked for local and international corporations in the hospitality and tourism, food and beverages, retail, education and healthcare sectors. Elaine graduated from the University of Reading in 2007, was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2010 and is a registered foreign lawyer in Vietnam. She is fluent in English and Malay.
