About Christina Doria

Christina Doria is a steering committee member of Baker McKenzie’s global women in arbitration group. She is seasoned in enforcing and resisting enforcement of foreign arbitration awards, and in obtaining or setting aside freezing orders in support of asset recovery cases. Christina has trial experience in fraud and financial crime matters, and specialises in complex commercial litigation and commercial and investor-state arbitration. She has argued before Canadian Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
