About Nikos O Xenoyiannis

Nikos O Xenoyiannis is a partner of PAPADIMITRIOU – PIMBLIS & PARTNERS. His key areas of practice are banking and finance, corporate and commercial, M&A, insolvency and restructuring, and civil law. He has provided day-to-day legal support to Société Générale and the treasury departments of Alpha Bank, HSBC Greece and Attica Bank. Nikos is currently representing Alpha Bank on issues related to the restructuring and potential insolvency of a major client. In terms of M&A/capital markets, he has represented Vodafone in the acquisition of listed entity Hellas on Line – HOL, and in its dealings with the listed entity Forthnet; Lambrakis Press S.A.; and Attica Bank.
