Nikos E Pimblis is managing partner of PAPADIMITRIOU – PIMBLIS & PARTNERS. His principal practice areas are capital markets, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate, privatisations and insolvency. He has advised in major banking-related M&A deals in the Greek market and the sale of Crédit Agricole’s controlling interest in Emporiki Bank to Alpha Bank; he has also provided ad hoc support to HSBC Greece and Attica Bank. Nikos is currently representing Alpha Bank on issues related to the restructuring and potential insolvency of a major client.
