About Bruno Marques Santo

Bruno Marques Santo has been working in tax for more than ten years, advising on various matters of tax planning, international taxation and domestic corporate taxation. Before joining Finocchio & Ustra, he actively participated in major M&A and tax structuring projects for multinationals in the international tax department of KPMG in São Paulo. His experience in international consulting and knowledge of accounting and corporate finance shaped his approach to tax projects in the most diverse sectors, such as private equity, pharmaceutical, food, technology, agribusiness, and in the planning of individual wealth. He completed a specialisation in finance at UNICAMP and has a JD from PUC-Campinas.
