Malack Elmasry has over 20 years' experience in the region and advises clients of Ibrahim & Partners on M&A transactions; equity capital markets, including IPOs and rights issues; project finance transactions; and general corporate/commercial matters, including data protection. She is experienced in negotiating and drafting share and asset purchase transactional documents, joint venture agreements/shareholders' agreements, merger documentation for public and private companies, and project finance documentation. Malack also has extensive experience advising on re-organisations and legal due diligence.
