About Milenko Bertrand-Galindo

Milenko Bertrand-Galindo is a partner at Bertrand-Galindo Barrueto Barroilhet Abogados in Santiago, Chile, and is the head of the firm’s dispute resolution and sustainability and communities departments. He advises local and foreign clients on international law, domestic and international dispute resolution, corporate compliance, communities and human rights. He is a former member of the OAS Inter-American Juridical Committee and has been a legal adviser of the Chilean presidency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice. Milenko holds a JD from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, an LLM from Harvard Law School and an SJD from Washington College of Law. He is a member of the Chilean Society of Public International Law and the Chilean Society of Private International Law.
