About Arnaud Attias

Arnaud Attias is a senior associate in the Paris office of Kennedys. He represents leading (re)insurance companies and major policyholders in complex and international disputes before French courts and arbitral tribunals (both ad hoc and under the rules of ICC, CEFAREA-ARIAS or  Chambre Arbitrale Maritime de Paris). His practice covers a wide range of litigation and arbitration matters, including (re)insurance disputes, maritime matters, transportation (by road, air and sea), cyber-risks and data protection, commercial disputes, political risks and trade credit, industrial risks, and product and professional liability. He practises in both French and English. He serves as co-chair of the Kennedys Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group for EMEA.
