About Flavio Augusto Picchi

Flavio Augusto Picchi is a partner in MYLaw’s technology and gaming area and an experienced attorney who deals with domestic and cross-border transactions and legal matters in a broad range of industries. Focused primarily on venture capital and capital markets, Flavio has worked in Brazil and in the US, both in-house and in law firms. A pioneer in providing legal services to start-up companies in Brazil, he holds a master of law degree in US and international law from the University of Miami, and an MSc degree in international law from the University of São Paulo, where he also earned his JD degree. He is a member of the Capital Markets Law Committee of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association and of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.
