About Henrik Nilsson

Henrik Nilsson is a partner at Wesslau Söderqvist. He has worked for several Swedish and international law firms, and, prior to entering private practice, was a lawyer with the Swedish Competition Authority and the Swedish National Post and Telecom Authority. Henrik’s professional focus is on regulatory law in a wide sense, with particular expertise in data protection and privacy, electronic communications, competition, EU and public procurement, and general commercial law. He regularly contributes to scholarly and general market publications on these matters.
