About Ignacio Andrade Aycinena

Ignacio Andrade Aycinena is managing partner of Sfera in Guatemala and has more than 30 years of experience in corporate transactions, including M&A, creation of corporate conglomerates in Guatemala and offshore, joint ventures, corporate governance and private equity matters. He has acted as external legal adviser of multinational clients such as BellSouth, Generadora Eléctrica del Norte, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), Aseguradora Confío, and SBA Communications. He has participated in several M&A transactions and corporate restructurings over more than ten years of TIGO (Guatemala's biggest telecommunications corporation) and Banco G&T Continental, S.A. (Guatemala’s second biggest bank in term of assets).
