Yi Wu is a partner with profound professional knowledge and practical experience in real estate and infrastructure, particularly in industrial park development, PPP projects, franchise rights, M&A financing and urban renewal. He has successfully dealt with many litigation and arbitration cases in the real estate and infrastructure fields and won high praise from clients. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, he worked in the Real Estate and Infrastructure Department of Zhong Lun Law Firm for more than ten years. Yi serves as a member of the 8th Construction and Real Estate Law Professional Committee of Hubei Lawyers Association and deputy director of the Real Estate Professional Committee of the Wuhan Lawyers Association.
