About Xiang Mao

Xiang Mao is a partner of Merits & Tree Law Offices and specialises in real estate and infrastructure, M&A, rail transit and above-ground property development, urban renewal and operation of commercial property. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, he worked in King & Wood Mallesons and Shenzhen Metro Group. He has successfully handled a number of real-estate investment and urban renewal projects on behalf of a wide range of clients, including foreign companies, state-owned enterprises, listed companies and private companies. He is a member of the Real Estate Law Professional Committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Association and a member of the Urban Renewal Group of the Real Estate Professional Committee.
