About Cécile Martin

Cécile Martin is the managing partner of Ogletree Deakins' Paris office. She advises clients on all aspects of labour and employment law, especially compensation policies (including material risk takers), discrimination and harassment, corporate restructuring, mass redundancies plans and collective litigation. She started her career at the French Data Protection Agency (CNIL), developing cutting-edge skills on topics related to HR data privacy, such as employee monitoring in the workplace, whistle-blowing alerts, social media use and HR international data transfers.
