About Michel Sancovski

Michel Sancovski is a co-head of Mayer Brown’s global white-collar defence and compliance practice. He focuses on corporate compliance and anti-corruption matters; his experience includes advising in local and international anti-corruption compliance cases, co-ordinating highly complex major investigations, implementing compliance programmes, and assisting with anti-corruption due diligences in third parties, M&A transactions and IPOs. Michel has great experience in the defence of administrative and judicial processes originating from the application of the several anti-corruption laws, as well as in the negotiation of settlements and co-operation with regulators and authorities in Brazil and the USA.
