About Cristiane Manzueto

Cristiane Manzueto is a senior counsel, who leads the intellectual property and data privacy practice at Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown. Cristiane has great experience advising clients on privacy projects, as well as on specific demands related to contracts and cybersecurity. Her experience includes the execution and review of mappings, risk analysis, preparation and review of relevant documents, such as diagnostic reports, LIA, DPA, DPIA, contracts policies, global corporate standards. She also advises on administrative and judicial cases involving trade marks, copyrights, trade dress, trade secrets, technology transfer and franchise agreements and unfair competition. Cristiane has been also involved in complex and cross-border transactions involving IP, including due diligence, and has a particular expertise in the financial technology segment.
