About Charles Mmasi

Charles Mmasi is a partner in our Dar es Salaam office. He holds a Master's in Commercial and Corporate Law (LLM) from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Bachelor of Laws from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and BA in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of South Africa. He has significant experience advising corporations, banks and foreign investors on banking and finance, equity capital markets, corporate and M&A issues and regulatory matters across the mining, energy, infrastructure, telecommunications and agricultural sectors. Charles is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
