About Gloria Hernández Aler

Gloria Hernández Aler is a partner at finReg with more than 20 years of experience in financial regulation. Prior to joining the firm, she was a partner at Deloitte Legal (Spain), in charge of the financial regulation and compliance practice. She has also worked for the Interamerican Development Bank and Cuatrecasas Abogados. Gloria has broad experience in regulatory projects, advising financial entities on the implementation of new regulation such as MiFID II, MAR, PSD2 and cryptocurrencies (MiCA), among others. She has been engaged in the creation of financial entities and the restructuring of financial groups, and she has advised financial entities in CNMV inspections.
