About Constanza Contreras

Constanza Contreras is the partner in charge of the practice areas of labour and employment, social security and immigration at SCR Abogados. Constanza holds an LLB from Universidad de los Andes, a Master in employment law degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibanez, and several diplomas and executive courses, including the Harvard Law School Leadership and Negotiation program. Since 2017 she has been registered on the list of labour arbitrators of the Labor Directorate, and she has served on the ILO experts' panel since 2019.
