About Ayzo van Eysinga

Ayzo van Eysinga is based in Luxembourg and provides international tax solutions for a variety of cross-border transactions, including private equity, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, fund structuring and joint ventures. Ayzo became a partner in AKD in 2016. He has practised tax law since 1999. Ayzo is known and praised for his hands-on, proactive and solution-focused approach and is able to find simple solutions for complex matters. Ayzo is a lecturer at the University of Luxembourg and regularly speaks at seminars and sits on panels.
