About Miranda Khumalo

Miranda Khumalo was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2009 and became a partner in Atherstone & Cook in 2013. She graduated from Rhodes University with a Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) and a Bachelor of Law (LLB), and has an HDip in Tax Law from the Thomas Jefferson University. Miranda has experience in leading business transactions concerning corporate investments, corporate restructuring, tax law advisory and general cross-border transactions. She has represented local and international entities on an expansive range of commercial transactions in different sectors, including oil and gas, mining, transportation and logistics, banking and finance and real estate.
