About Loris Marghieri

Loris Marghieri is a counsel and heads the real estate practice at Gide Casablanca, which he joined in 2015. He advises a broad range of Moroccan and international clients on all aspects of real estate law, focusing on real estate transactions (acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets and real estate companies), construction operations and large-scale development projects. He has also developed a strong practice in drafting and negotiating off-plan lease agreements for tenants and owners alike. Loris regularly assists with the preparation and negotiation of hotel management agreements in hospitality/tourism projects. He also acts for investment managers, banks and other institutional investors in connection with the structuring and setting up of Moroccan REITs (OPCIs).
