About Roxana Arellano García

Roxana Arellano García has been of counsel at Díez Canseco Abogados since 2022. She holds a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master’s degree in Regulation and Management of Public Utilities from Universidad del Pacífico. She has 16 years of experience in antitrust matters and has held several positions at Indecopi, including that of technical secretary in the competition chamber (2013-21), legal co-ordinator in the competition chamber and senior lawyer in the competition commission. Roxana was a professor of competition law at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. She is also a member of the Lima Bar Association.
