About José Carlos Gonzáles Cucho

José Carlos Gonzáles Cucho is a partner at Díez Canseco Agogados. He has extensive experience in providing legal advice in antitrust procedures and a strong background in regulation in the telecoms market. Prior to joining Díez Canseco, he was a senior associate in the competition law department at Muñizlaw and also worked as a senior lawyer for the Indecopi tribunal.  José Carlos holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), a Master's in Economics and a Consumer Law degree from Universidad de Castilla La Mancha and a Master's in Public Service Regulation from PUCP. He is a professor of competition and telecommunications law at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and PUCP.
