About Jing Xu

Jing Xu is a partner specialising in intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution, including litigation related to infringements of patent, trade mark and copyright, misappropriation of trade secrets, antitrust, unfair competition, ownership and licensing disputes, patent invalidation and administrative court appeals. Jing has extensive experience in litigation and licence matters related to standard essential patents. She has represented domestic and multinational companies across industries at the different levels of PRC courts and some cases were selected as “representative cases” by the courts or industrial associations.
