Fan Rong (Kathy) is a partner at King & Wood Mallesons, specialising in renewable energy and real estate law. Fan Rong has extensive project experiences in the field of renewable energy development. She has represented multiple domestic and foreign investment institutions and large-scale state-owned enterprises, and provided legal services on financing and acquisition of photovoltaic power stations and wind power stations in various provinces and cities in China. Fan Rong published a book entitled 'Questions & Answers on Legal Practice for Renewable Energy M&A' in 2021.
