Grace Fan is one of the leading partners of the King & Wood Mallesons energy and resource team. She has a broad practice that includes the cross-border energy sector, project development and financing, international arbitration and private equity investments focusing on oil and gas, new energy, mineral resources, financial institutions and shipbuilding/FPSO sectors. In recent years, Grace also helped design the Chinese energy company’s global compliance regime, including anti-corruption, economic sanctions and data protection.
