About Chao Zhang

Chao Zhang is a senior associate focusing on intellectual property litigation, including litigation related to patent disputes, technical secrets and administrative court appeals related to CNIPA decisions. He has served local and multinational companies in industries such as machinery, chemical engineering, consumer electronics, automobiles, telecommunications and software. He has also represented clients before the different levels of PRC courts. Some of his cases were elected as “representative cases” by PRC courts and he was admitted to the PRC Bar and the PRC Patent Bar.
