About David McElveney

David McElveney is Clyde & Co’s head of strategy for the Asia Pacific Construction Group. He is a recognised construction law expert and has more than 35 years’ experience, heading teams in Australia, Asia and the Middle East. He has extensive experience in both transactional and contentious matters in the areas of infrastructure, transport, commercial and residential development, energy and resources. David has been involved in some of the most significant construction projects in Australia and the region. He has represented parties in a number of important construction cases, in the courts and in arbitration proceedings.
