About Henry O'Connor

Henry O'Connor is a partner and the leader of Jones Walker LLP’s real estate team. He can draw on more than two decades of leadership experience in the legal, real estate and financial services industries in advising investors, owners, operators, developers, borrowers and lenders on myriad transactional matters, including purchases, sales, M&A, private equity investments and other financing matters, as well as management issues. Henry also served for nine years as managing member and a name partner of the law firm he co-founded in New Orleans, specialising in commercial real estate acquisition, development and finance.
