About Alex P. Prochaska

Alex P. Prochaska is a special counsel on the environmental team at Jones Walker, whose practice focuses on defending clients in enforcement actions brought by state and federal environmental regulatory agencies and counselling buyers and sellers of industrial facilities. Before joining the firm, he spent six years as an attorney with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality. Alex is secretary of the Environmental Law Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association and a member of the Environmental & Natural Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
