About Andy St. Romain

Andy St. Romain is a partner in Jones Walker LLP and maintains an active practice advising clients on a variety of residential, commercial and industrial real estate matters. He handles matters related to oil and gas leasing and infrastructure, mixed-use and other retail development. Andy advises clients on the full range of residential, commercial and industrial real estate issues, including in connection with acquisitions, development, planning, management and dispositions, and conducts and oversees due diligence for property and asset acquisitions. He has extensive experience in negotiating purchase, lease and development agreements, and in advising on commercial developments for national retailers and local developers.
