About Yair Ziv

Yair Ziv is partner in the intellectual property practice group of S. Horowitz & Co. He has extensive experience representing clients before all levels of Israeli courts, as well as the Israel Patent Office, on patent infringement actions, oppositions, revocations, patent term extensions and the enforcement and protection of patents, whether as a domestic action or as part of a co-ordinated international enforcement action or proceedings challenging an IP right. Yair represents major global and domestic pharmaceutical companies, and technology companies. He also has particular expertise advising on the regulatory aspects of testing, marketing and selling pharmaceuticals and medical devices in Israel.
