About Ioannis Giannidis

Ioannis Giannidis is Professor Emeritus of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, and the founder and managing partner at Ioannis Giannidis Law Firm. He is a highly respected criminal litigator, practising law since 1986. During the past four decades, he has represented clients in most high-profile white-collar crime cases in Greece. Ioannis is President of the Board of the Hellenic Association of Penal Law. He is legal counsellor to the National Bank of Greece and head legal counsellor to the board members of the bank. Ioannis is also a member of the Legal Council of the Hellenic Banks Association.
