About Gediminas Dominas

Gediminas Dominas is a partner at Walless and a recognised leading arbitrator and arbitration counsel in Lithuania. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, and a member of the panel of arbitrators of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. His experience includes domestic, international and investment arbitrations (VCCA, ICC, SCC, UNCITRAL and ICSID). In addition, Gediminas has a 20-year transactional background. He has been involved in many high-profile M&A transactions (banks, refineries, shipping companies, etc).
