About Piotr Andrzejak

Piotr Andrzejak is a partner in the tax practice at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. He is actively engaged in tax advisory work related to M&A and real estate transactions, as well as restructurings. He frequently works with financial institutions on tax aspects of their activities. Piotr also supervises the firm’s VAT and indirect taxation practice. A member of the European VAT Club, he has been repeatedly recognised as a leading VAT professional and as one of the leading VAT experts in Poland. He is the author of several publications relating to VAT.
