About Sylwia Macura-Targosz

Sylwia Macura-Targosz is a senior associate who joined SK&S in 2008. She specialises in intellectual property law, IT, new technologies as well as e-commerce law. She is experienced in the field of IT systems implementation projects and licensing issues. Her fields of expertise also include personal data protection and privacy matters. She has advised in a number of IT and employment projects in which the personal data were of importance. She also acts as a Data Protection Officer for certain SK&S clients and supports entrepreneurs in proceedings conducted by the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. She is a member of the Polish New Technologies Law Association.
