About Joanna Mróz-Bednarz

Joanna Mróz-Bednarz is an associate in the banking and finance practice at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak, focusing on project finance and other complex financing transactions, particularly in the energy, infrastructure and real property sectors. She works on both the lender and borrower sides in a variety of international and domestic financing transactions, participating in the drafting and negotiation of key financing agreements, including security documents. Joanna also advises on securitisation, factoring and leasing transactions.
