Agata Szeliga has been a partner at SK&S since 2009. She specialises in new technologies and personal data protection, as well as in state aid laws. She advises on cloud computing, especially in its deployment in the financial sector. As a data protection lawyer, she advises on implementation of new data protection processes within organisations, handling sensitive personal data protection requests, as well as breaches and complaints. She is a member of the Expert Group at the European Commission on B2B Data Sharing and Cloud Computing.
