About Haseeb Rao

Haseeb Rao is a senior associate in RIAA Barker Gillette’s energy team in Islamabad, Pakistan with over six years' experience in project finance, energy, corporate-commercial matters, regulatory law and dispute resolution. He is licensed as an advocate by the Islamabad Bar Council. Haseeb has advised numerous hydropower, alternative energy and thermal power projects, along with infrastructure projects such as motorways and special economic zones.
