Vladimir Radonjic is the managing partner of Radonjic Associates, as well as being Honorary Consul General of the Swiss Confederation to Montenegro. He advises national and international businesses on all aspects of their day-to-day business operations and is ranked by all the major legal directories as one of the leading lawyers in Montenegro. Vladimir practises mainly in the fields of corporate law, competition law, energy law, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, real estate and construction law.
