About Anni Santanen

Anni Santanen is a senior associate in the employment and HR practice team of Kalliolaw and has been exclusively dedicated to labour and employment law for the past few years. Anni has specialised in several areas of employment matters; for example, dispute resolution, safety-at-work issues and employment matters in connection with M&A. She assists clients on a daily basis with questions relating to employment agreements, co-operation procedures, terminations of employment, and matters relating to collective bargaining agreements. Before joining Kalliolaw, Anni worked for the Finnish Trade Union and in another Finnish law firm as a partner. In her earlier career, she gained considerable experience in criminal proceedings and litigations in all kinds of civil disputes.
